Meet Attorney Wagner
Timothy J. Wagner graduated from the University of Dayton in 1973 after having majored in history and minored in political science and theology. He served as a law clerk for an Indianapolis attorney in 1974 before passing the state bar in 1978. He began practicing with that same attorney in 1980.
Mr. Wagner went on to become the senior deputy in the collections section of the office of the Indiana Attorney General while practicing privately. Continuing in his practice, Mr. Wagner became an assistant corporation counsel for the City of Indianapolis where he handled the defense of claims against the City of Indianapolis and Marion County. He also represented the Marion County treasurer on certain collection matters. Since 2000, Mr. Wagner has focused on his private practice exclusively. He is a proud member of the Indiana State Bar Association and Hancock County Bar Association.
